The head of the agency said the loss of oil in the month of April will be twice as much as in March. Some ships that transited the Strait of Hormuz just before the war started have began to arrive in European ports. However, as time passes, less oil will arrive in Europe due to few, if any, ships being able to transit the strait.
Americas
The Cuban government announced that it would pardon roughly 2000 prisoners as a humanitarian gesture. The pardons will not apply to people convicted of the most serious crimes such as murder.
Africa

Some maritime shipping experts say that maritime traffic around South Africa may double Many shipping companies are redirecting ships around South Africas Cape of Good Hope due to increased risk to ships using gulf transit routes. The Red Sea transit route is seen as too dangerous due to the threat of Houthi attacks on ships.

These underground facilities have been targeted by the U.S. and Israel. These same intelligence reports also say that Iran still retains significant stockpiles of missiles among other weapons.
