Additionally President Trump said he would help any and all European troops should they be deployed to ensure peace between Russia and Ukraine.

  • The Israeli Defense Force(IDF) announced they had called up around 60,000 reservists in preparation for Israel’s seizure of Gaza. The plan to seize Gaza isn’t popular amongst all Israelis as was seen in the protests that took place in Israel last week.

  • President Trump said that Federal Reserve Governor, Lisa Cook must resign immediately. The demand from President Trump followed a U.S. housing agency chief who called for an investigation into potential mortgage fraud by Cook.

  • President Trump said he had revoked the security clearances of 37 current and former employees in the national security field. according to the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, These people have reportedly failed to be non-partisan in their intelligence work.

  • An unknown flying object flew into a cornfield in easter Poland and exploded. What the object was is still unknown. The defense minister of Poland said the object was most likely a drone.

  • Ukraines top military commander said that Russia was stepping up attacks in Ukraines eastern front. Russia is trying to capture as much land as possible so it has leverage in future peace negotiations between itself and Ukraine.

  • Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that any talks related to security guarantees for Ukraine must include Russia. Lavrov dismissed European diplomacy as “aggressive escalation”.

  • Uganda said denied claims that it had agreed to a deal with the U.S. to take in undocumented immigrants that would be deported from the U.S. An official from the country said that Uganda doese’t have the capacity to take such immigrants.

  • Israel approved a plan that would essentially split the West Bank into two. Palestinian rights groups have said this plan would destroy the possibility of a two state solution.
