CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) Director John Ratcliffe travelled to Venezuela to meet with the interim president Delcy Rodriguez. The objective of the meeting was to convey the message to President Rodriguez that the U.S. believes the interim government is the most stable solution for the short to medium term.
